Meet Our Executive Director

Katie Patrick-Burke

Katie is an established recruiter in the global fashion and luxury sectors. With over a decade of experience, she has mastered the art of connecting exceptional talent with brands worldwide.

In her most recent role, Katie led the Talent Acquisition department for the EMEAI region at Tapestry, Inc. – the parent company of the global brands Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman. In this role she led recruitment initiatives, for both head office and stores, across 11 countries.

As the Executive Director of Unify Talent Partners, Katie bridges geographical boundaries, drawing from her extensive tenure in New York City, London, and currently Dubai.
